With personal training every client receives a customized plan based off of their goals. If you are looking for fat loss, weight gain, toning, muscle gain (like a bigger butt) we have you covered. All personal training packages include a customized meal plan. To track clients progress we take pictures and measurements every 3 months with bi-weekly weigh in results (subject to changed based off your goals)
