MEAL PREP WORKSHOPS
Our meal prep workshops provide new recipes, how to meal plan based off of your day with the food made at the meal prep. PLUS everybody leaves with 18 meals. That's enough food for a work week, yay! We discuss how to create each meal, the health benefits of each meal and when to eat each meal based on your day. Participants leave the workshop with a cookbook of the meals created and 18 meals ready to store and eat.
