Hot PiYo is a unique class that will sculpt your entire body from your core to your BOOTY with your own body weight. Its a combination of cardio pilates and flow yoga utilizing upbeat music to keep you flowing with the beat. It is all about energy, power and rhythm. In Hot PiYo the classroom reaches 90 degrees and this is were the magic happens. The warmer temp helps participants get deeper into each move while breaking a sweat. Bootcamp is a 60minute full body workout great for all fitness levels. The class is designed to push everyone to their limits. We choose workout that have different progression. Every instructor is trained to provide beginner and advance modifications for participants. Come have fun with a great good of positive people while breaking a sweat.
