Restorative Yoga aka Yin Yoga

 

The practice of Yin Yoga is designed to restore your body and mind by stretching your connective tissue. We are able to get to your connective by holding each posture for 3-5 minutes and letting your muscles completely relax. In Yin Yoga you are able to focus on your breathe and let your entire body relax while repairing it from our day to day lifestyle. For all levels, sizes and ages. The room is room temperature.

Beginner Flow aka Vinyasa

 

These classes are designed to help you get into the present moment by moving by one breath to one movement. We will go through the flow slowly so we can feel each posture after completing the sequence we go through it a few times one breath to one movement. We always have a balancing sequence as well. This class is for all levels, ages and sizes.

Advance Flow aka Vinyasa

 

These classes are designed to help you get into the present moment by moving by one breath to one movement. We will go through the flow slowly so we can feel each posture after completing the sequence we go through it a few times one breath to one movement. Sequences will be challenging to really bring you into the present moment. We always have a balancing sequence as well as playtime where we will learn new postures especially inversions!!! This class is for intermediate/ advance yogis
